1. Your Right to Cancel
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the product remains unopened and unused. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@shifashangrila.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Conditions for Returns
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Opened jars or tampered seals will not be eligible for a refund due to product purity standards.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning products, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the issue and your order number to info@shifashangrila.com. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including postage costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
