What is Shilajit?
Shilajit is a natural resin formed over centuries from decomposed organic matter in the Himalayan mountains. It’s rich in fulvic acid and over 85 trace minerals that support energy, immunity, cognition, and overall wellbeing.
Where does your Shilajit come from?
Our resin is hand-harvested from above 16,000ft in the Upper Dolpa region of Nepal — one of the highest and cleanest sources in the world.
How is your Shilajit purified?
We use a traditional Ayurvedic purification process involving spring water rinsing, herbal decoctions, and cold filtration. It is then sun-dried at altitude to preserve its bioactive compounds.
Is your Shilajit lab-tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently tested in the UK to ensure purity, safety, and potency. Our latest results show 75.6% fulvic acid and no detectable heavy metals.
Is it vegan and gluten-free?
Yes. Our Shilajit is 100% vegan, gluten-free, and free from fillers or additives.
How do I take it?
Dissolve a pea-sized amount (~100–200mg) in warm water, milk, or tea. Take once daily on an empty stomach. If you’re new to Shilajit, start with a smaller dose and increase gradually.
Who can use it?
Shilajit is suitable for most healthy adults. It is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or anyone with chronic medical conditions without prior GP consultation.
